Ever since I began my healing journey, besides working on cleaning up my diet, I have made it a priority to make sure I put movement into each day. My favorite is walking, hiking or biking for every day activities, and the bonus swimming or horseback riding are my favorites when I can fit them in.
We have landed in sunny, HOT Arizona this week, so Pretty Miss Penny and I hit the pavement before sunrise to enjoy the quiet coolness of the day.
I couldn't walk very far without huffing and puffing three summers back but I tried. And I didn't do it daily. Now I have several short walks worked into every day, and having my little punkin' who loves it is so helpful. These days I never struggle to breath, and there is a spring in my step. But it took time.
"According to the Hepatitis B Foundation, your liver operates in much the same way as the engine in a car. Like an engine, your liver performs a number of functions that ensure other body processes run smoothly. Taking care of your liver is essential to helping it function properly, especially if you have liver disease. A component of good care is regular exercise, which can improve both your overall health and have a positive effect on liver function." The Effect of Exercise on Liver Function
By Jackie Lohrey
It is important if you are just starting out to listen to your body. Fatigue is very much a part of liver disease and you need to honor your rest time and start slow.
Exercise improves your heart, which in turn helps get blood to your body, including your liver, helping it to function more efficiently and heal!
So get out there, I'll see you in the trail.
Love, Sue

As you can see in this image from Watches of Lancashire, an Omega Seamaster for link the 1956 Olympic Games already had the dog-leg lugs. Only in 1960 did Omega transfer these lugs to the Constellation link as well, as link advised by Gérald Genta.
There are some noticeable differences between the first steel link version and the current model. These include the use of mother-of-pearl powder in the blue lacquer that represents the oceans, and the use of Super-LumiNova along the shorelines of the continent (I don't know if link it was deliberate, but it's a nice shout-out to link the phenomenon of shoreline bioluminescence). The bridge securing the upper pivot of the rotating hemisphere has also been redesigned.
The equally black, 120-click bezel looks great against the case and features yellow-filled lume which complements the dial in a really cool way. Inside the watch link beats the Soprod P024 movement. Nothing special, but that's okay because on a watch like this, it's the design that's doing most of the heavy lifting. And it's link hard to argue with the link just-north-of $1,000 price.
Of course, it wasn't the bi-color bezel that had our jaws on the floor, but rather the orientation link of the crown and the date. link In addition to adding yet another bezel color to the mix, Rolex also tweaked its 3285 movement to allow for a left-sided link crown and new date aperture. The watch was released, as all modern GMTs are, on both an Oyster and a Jubilee bracelet.
Professor Dad is a rare one, the kind of dad link who will link happily play catch but is more likely to offer a book off of the shelf in his office or a not-always-helpful quote from Thoreau. He's wearing pleated link pants on the weekend, enjoys an elbow patch and a dram of scotch in the evening, and may even have flirted with smoking a pipe.
