About Our Practice
Associates in Gastroenterology is here to provide personal, quality gastroenterology care near you in Colorado Springs. The Front Range has been our home since 1980. In addition to our clinics and offices, we provide inpatient care at Penrose and St. Francis Hospitals.
We have extensive experience treating all gastrointestinal and liver diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, gastrointestinal malignancy including colon cancer, esophageal disease, viral hepatitis, irritable bowel syndrome and GERD, to name just a few.
Our team of ten physicians and eight advanced practice providers are all trained in gastroenterology and hepatology. As a locally owned and operated practice, we are committed to providing exceptional care and making decisions based on individual patient needs.

In total, over 30 million Americans have some form of liver disease. Over 5.5 million people are living with chronic liver disease or cirrhosis, and approximately 20-30% of adults and 3-10% of children have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which can lead to a more serious liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).
