I Am Blown Away With Gratitude.

Let ourselves be seen, deeply seen, vulnerably seen, to love with our whole hearts, even though there's no guarantee... to practice gratitude and joy in those moments of terror, to be this vulnerable means that we’re alive.

I am quite simply, blown away. You, my dears, are beyond wonderful. I am still reeling from the good news, and the kindness sent my way yesterday.

When I started this blog I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Still don’t. But the human connection is where it‘s at. You guys…I’m grateful for you.

I don’t know where this blog is going but I am still here, I just know that what this experience has brought for me needs to grow. I didn’t know then so it’s ok that I don’t know now. I do know that I am passionate about getting the word out so that others can heal from this silent and frightening condition. I’m passionate about turning the light on so others are not wandering in the dark like I was, like I see so many doing trying to learn how to save themselves.

I’m going to do that. I don’t know how, and I don’t know when but I will figure out a way. I have zero connections in the wold of writing books, and I am not a well known anybody. But I’m dedicated. Let’s see where this goes together, shall we?

In the meantime let’s continue working together to better ourselves. I’m here, you’re here…so why not?

“All I know is that "thank you" should appear somewhere. So just in case I can't find the perfect place- "Thank you, thank you.”

Love, Sue

In the late 1940s, the Omega Seamaster was born, but it wasn't the dive watch you have in your mind when we mention Seamaster today. No, the watch was born as an everyday field-meets-dress watch for the working person, for the office. In today's collection, link the Aqua link Terra more mirrors the true heritage of the Seamaster than any diver. And over the years, the brand has reached into the archives to honor to the lineage of one of link its most well-known timepieces.

A link little more off the beaten path, OMEGA released a limited edition Speedmaster Mark II in 2014 to commemorate the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Games. This is my personal favorite OMEGA × Olympic watch. It takes the funky and off-beat '70s aesthetic that the Mark II reissue (also released in 2014) excelled link at, and adds in just a touch of esoteric Olympic spirit. Here, that takes the form of the sub-dial rings, each register is surrounded by link an actual 18k yellow gold, 925 silver, or bronze ring.

Spending a week with this light, titanium piece of tech was a breeze mostly because I barely had to link do anything to the watch. The link baked-in complications work on their own and are there for you to enjoy, not for you to set by hand. One of the more link interesting parts of the experience of the watch was witnessing the satellite GPS signals in action.

Despite Clippteron being among link the most far-flung locations in our world, the surveyors found a litany of trash deposited by the waves link on the low-lying shoreline. From water bottles, caps, toothbrushes, lighters, and so much more, it was not at all what I expected to link see on this forgotten sliver of the world and the experience highlights the level of interconnectedness made possible by the oceans and just how far-reaching the ocean plastic problem has become.
