11 Months

Today marks 11 months since I embarked on my journey to attempt to freeze in place or maybe just maybe back up the damage that NAFLD/NASH/Cirrhosis had silently been doing to my liver and body for what is possibly a decade. We will never know.

It doesn’t matter now, what matters is that it was caught, and I found the most to face it head on, while blindsided and knowing absolutely nothing about it or what the hell to do about it.

Now down over 120 pounds, with new scans showing the shocking wonderful news that I beat it back all the way…I’m still researching both for my future and all who found themselves in this predicament, hell bent on soaking up as much as I can.

Happy, grateful, relieved beyond measure, life goes on with an extra spring in the step and my main man still standing strong by me today is a great blessing.

Love, Sue

I’m newly diagnosed and hope to do the same as you! Thank you for doing this!!! Did you do this by diet alone? I’ve been plant based mostly for a couple of months and biopsy said it is inactive.

Everyone needs to read this. Doctors are so hard to get into since COVID and being healthy as possible helps us all. Take care!
