Hey all! An update from maintaining my healthy weight since December 18th (at the time 105 pounds).
I was uploading some photos and came across some good before/during/after photos to share. Top left is sometime in 2020, probably the spring - pre-NOOM (I started Spring of 2021), so I am near my top weight, maybe not 100% but close - and the right is "near" goal, probably within 10 pounds. Then the bottom photo is JUST as I started NOOM in early April 2021 like the Saturday before (2 days prior) and then the bottom right is yesterday, below goal. I am now almost 115 pounds down.
I am so happy, and when I look at the before photos, I was like, oh my...I didn't really see it. But when I see myself now, I think, oh wow...is that really me? The before photos I tried to "hide" - or didn't know I was being photographed, one of the two. The latter photos I actually said, hey, take my pic!!!.
So keep going, ladies and gentlemen. It's worth all of the effort and self care.
I am forever researching more healthy options.
