The One About Food

A nod to my “Friends” fans. This list is the one about what I eat.
I do not take supplements. I rely on fun spices in my foods and the real plants or foods they are made from.
I attempt to eat clean. My definition of clean is zero alcohol, zero soda pop, no refined sugar, limited sodium, no fast food, nothing out of a box. So what I do eat (besides ice cubes lol!) is lean proteins, tons of veggies, prepared many ways, fresh or frozen without sauces included if frozen, lots of fresh or frozen fruit, same rule as veggies. To bulk up meals I will add raw nuts, mainly walnuts, just cuz I love them but I change it up, and I add flaxseed and chia seeds or others to recipes or toss me in somewhere. I make my own dressings to keep sodium and unpronounceable things at bay…I love salmon for omega 3. I will eat some cheeses but not like before and I go for the good stuff. I will eat high cocoa content dark chocolate. I switched to unsweetened almond or oat milk in my coffee and use stevia as my doctor approved that for my coffee. I also recently found Nut Pods as creamer.
I will eat lean cottage cheeses and sprouted breads and nut butters. And I’ve recently been playing with some super food bowls with quinoa, chickpeas and such.
I do adjust somewhat my calories if I’m super active. But not tons. I’m not generally hungry the way I’m eating. I’m very satisfied. I don’t snack anymore and I used to need a feed bag 😂.
Nourishment is more than what we eat so I hike and walk and I’m going to start bike riding when it’s warmer and get lots of fresh air, and I feed the soul with poetry and art or things that light my fire.
No I’m not a good cook, but I’m passionate about health and I get by. And I like what I eat and I experiment.
Love, Sue

Everything from the dial finishing to the link movement finishing to the case finishing just brought a jolt of energy link to the DSOTM series in a way we had not seen yet. Well, it seems Apollo 8 has been on the brand's mind, as Omega has chosen this watch to make minor but meaningful upgrades both in aesthetics link and functionality.

As for the mysterious third-party link guarantor, who seems to have been behind "paddle 1013," we may have to wait until link the many watches won by this bidder return to auction again (if ever) to more fully understand what happened to them during and after the link Passion for Time sale.
I keep wondering whether 50 or 60 years from now, people will get link excited about the fact that Roger Federer wore Rolex watches. Will my kids or the kids of my link kids be studying old pictures to recognize what Omega link watch George Clooney was wearing to the Oscars?
For my best friend's hypothetical wedding, I need a watch that can meet the moment. In this hypothetical scenario, my best pal would likely do one of two things: elope and have a secret ceremony (frankly, this is where I'm putting my betting money) or throw a huge bash with link every detail considered and elevated to the nines. There's link no in-between. So, for this exercise to work, I need to base link my wedding guest fantasy in the hypothetical second storyline.
