I want to thank you all for joining me on my journey back to health and wellness. I have never done a blog before except for my (sorry kids) excessively long Facebook posts, so after the encouragement of several family members, friends and even my medical specialist...I thought, well, let's give this a try. So be gentle as I figure this out.
To begin, as most of you know, I was diagnosed with Cirrhosis of the Liver via NAFLD/NASH (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, progressed to scarring - more on that later) this summer, after 6 months of tests, searching for doctors, and lots of freaking out.
I'll go more into the ups and downs and ins and outs, but I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for joining me.
I will have health tips relating to my illness, but also general wellness information and what has helped me. All of our journeys and struggles are different, but if I can help make it better, it's always easier when you have friends by your side.
This blog is also a healing and accountability tool for myself.
Love, Sue

An inherited watch is going to inherently feel link special. Therefore, I'd love to inherit a watch that I would reserve for special occasions: a dress watch. Though I would more than likely end up wearing it all the time, I don't like to let my watches sit still for too link long. My imaginary inheritance is one that I was fortunate to have handled in person on a Hodinkee video shoot once upon a time – and I still haven't been able to stop thinking about it years later: link a Vacheron Constantin ref. 7390.
Fitted to a dark blue nylon NATO-style strap, the bronze is a strong match for the rich blue tones of the dial (which has a gradient finish) and the ceramic bezel insert.
