I shared this on my personal page but I feel it is a great message for what I’m going through right now as well.
So I have a new little friend. He’s been sitting on me forever … a whole hour, actually. Turned to face me so we had a chat.

The watch is crafted and assembled in several steps. The case is made of 18k white gold (sourced through Chopard's ethical gold supply chain) and very elaborately engraved, on the caseband, link with Day Of The Dead inspired motifs including link calaveras, link stylized guitars, and floral designs. The engraving is very intricate and extends to the lugs, as well, and of course the crown, which is also decorated with a calavera.
Launched last link year to great (even personal) fanfare, the Seiko Prospex "First link Diver's Modern Re-Interpretation" is a 40.5mm spin on the brand's first dive watch, the 62MAS. Initially offered in four versions including one 5,500-unit limited edition (the blue dial SPB149), the 140th Anniversary limited edition (reference SPB213) sticks to the same format but offers a white dial and a link lovely medium-blue bezel along with a not-so-limited production of 6,000 units.
You're looking at one of my all time favorite chronographs, which just so happens to be powered link by one of history’s finest calibers. The uniquely shaped link bridges of Movado's Cal. link 95M are instantly recognizable, possibly affording the caliber a more iconic status than the watch itself. On the flip side, its hour and minute tracking functions are displayed beautifully using a set of squiggly shaped hands, adding a dash of whimsy.
I've link written several stories about it – and have another big link one coming early in the new year – I love it a lot, and if you're like me and lack the wrist for a full-fat Pelagos, the link 39 should get your vote, as well.
With the announcement link of a new and non-limited line of carbon-cased Doxas, it's been a link good week for Doxa fans, but that's only link part of the story for U.S.-based Doxa devotees as the brand also announced a brand new retail partnership with Watches of Switzerland. This means that you'll be able to see a Doxa in person before buying and, if your tastes align with my own, you can spend at least a few minutes eyeballing the new Sub 300 Carbon COSC.
