I saw my liver specialist in person today for a final visit and gave him a raw copy of my unfinished book, “Reversing Cirrhosis” just for his eyes. We had a long discussion about healing and how far I’ve come in two years.
He’s going to send me some links to quotes that I just couldn’t find and want a good source for still.
He said he was so proud of me and could not take credit for any of it really. I told him that was so untrue. He was kind, knowledgeable, and never judgemental. I told him how so many that I know have doctors that don’t treat them well when they have liver disease and he set me gently on a path to healing. He asked for a hug and we said we’d do book signings together when this is done.
Afterwards, lunch with my daughter and grandson, the Starbucks on the ride home.
The screenshot was from his comment in the portal of my liver scan results along with the current and original FibroScan. He told me today I don’t need him anymore. 💚💚💚
To bring me back to earth I tripped and fell UP the stairs on my way to the car. Classy all day long. 😭😂😂😂
WOW! That is SO awesome! You must be over the moon.
