"At times, our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us." Albert Schweitzer
I truly wish to convey how grateful I am to each and every one of you who is on board with me on this journey. You may never realize just what your support has done.
As you can probably tell, the reason I started this blog was to gather some awareness for a condition that often grows unchecked, until it is possibly too late to recover. I am not a doctor, or a counselor, or an expert in nutrition. But I’m doing everything in my power to find ways to heal the whole…body, heart, soul and whatever I find works for me, I share. Take it and mould it to fit your situation.
Alot if you who joined me on the beginning did so to support me, thank you, thank you, thank you. From the very bottom of my heart.
Recently, I have seen an increase of those who are fighting a similar battle as I join the ranks and I truly hope you find something in here that sends you off woth some shiny new armor or a tool to help you to a better place than before you arrived.
I know that what I am doing here has changed me…deeply. There is no turning back and I would not want to This isn’t a diet, or a temporary fix, or a trustingly tiring ordeal, it’s become a huge blessing in disguise. If you’re reading this right now because you just joined me and you’re seeking something to get you through your day know that you are not alone. Ever.
Love, Sue
