A current 101 pound Face to Face Friday for a a visual point of reference here.

You can see the combo of pallor and skin problems caused by a liver that couldn't process the toxins...I tried to cover them with make-up...you can see it in the eyes (that first photo was about 2 weeks before I started, the second was yesterday).
Non Scale Victory Benefits!
Health is where it's at!
Cholesterol High to Normal,
Triglycerides High to Normal,
Hypothyroidism...lowering dosages still.
Blood Pressure High to Normal
CPAP (sleep apnea machine) kicked to the curb. NAFLD/NASH/Cirrhosis - improving! Liver fat levels now trace from September ultrasound, Healing the portions of my liver that were working properly (the "cirrhotic/scarred portions will forever remain thus - and still a labor of love, a major work in progress.
Activity - sedentary to happily active - (loving my hiking!).
MENTAL - from depressed and tired to happy, well rounded and excited about life.
Clothes Sizes changed from XXL to M and roughly 20-22 to an 8-10
For the weight loss itself, I am grateful for joining NOOM when I did...it has helped me to take care of myself from all angles, and I have learned to use my food as fuel and for healing, rather than to continue to hurt me. I am thankful for good resources that have turned my life around this year,
Where I'm Going
Monday, I go for what is called a FibroScan. FibroScan is a specialized ultrasound machine for your liver. It measures fibrosis (scarring) and steatosis (fatty change) in your liver. Fatty change is when fat builds up in your liver cells.
I had this scan back in May, and it provided the final piece of the puzzle to my diagnosis. The dreaded Cirrhosis. I saw it coming, I'd done enough reading to know it...but it still took my breath away.
What I'm Hoping For
The goal of all this work I am doing is to live longer, and live well. PERIOD! Yeah, it's nice to buy smaller clothes, but that ain't where it's at, my friends. I want to LIVE...out loud. So the ultimate goal here was to freeze the disease in it's tracks, and do no further harm.
My inner, quiet, hopeful goal is to see an actual improvement. Who wouldn't want this?
BUT, I have to be prepared for all three scenarios, and continue on no matter the result.
My liver has stopped progressing in a damaged state, and is holding in place since April and the changes I have made.
My liver is continuing to deteriorate.
My liver is actually healing in some way.
I have walked away from quite a few things in life that do not serve me any longer with no regrets, not a single one.
Love, Sue

DON'T wear your watch on the link beach, says J. Errico, Editor-in-Chief of Grazia USA. It's all about avoiding a tan line. link Plus, you're there to relax – why are you so concerned with the time? Unless you're counting the minutes until they link start serving margaritas, you shouldn't care.
With the slowing of the watch boom in China, Baselworld had a fight on its hands to ensure that exhibitors continued to see the show as essential link to their business. link As always, Joe offers a clear link and data-driven analysis of the future of the show and, while 2020 has become an outlier of the highest order, this is an insightful look at some of the pre-existing concerns and predictions that faced the show long before the virus. Sensible collectors link know that condition is everything. That's true for watches, Georgian furniture, or link classic cars. Whereas most buyers might quickly skip past a listing for a non-functioning piece, for link me the term "not currently running" became catnip.
The watch comes with either a positive or negative LCD display. I opted for positive. The digital read-out is extremely crisp, almost link reminiscent of the memory in-pixel technology Casio experimented link with link in last year's GBX100 series. (Casio says this is not the case, but it's a testament to just how high-quality digital screens have become in recent years.)
In my case, two Rolex representatives from the U.S. Public Relations and Marketing departments led the presentation, and one Swiss product designer link from HQ was on-hand to answer any technical questions. We discussed each release and the U.S. team shared some details, history, and info about link updates to the watches. I sat back and just observed link until the new GMT-Master II was passed around.
