Something that has become ever so important now is living right now. Allow yourself the freedom to seek out the oriole, places and activities that light your fire and make time for them.
For ne this means sitting with family and friends, good conversations (funny, deep, catching up, whatever). Holding that grand baby for hours in end until he squirms Or his parents pry him away (missing him right now). Walks in nature. Holding hands with my sweetie. Photographing beautiful things. Creating art.
Mostly it’s really sinking down into whatever I’m doing. Feeling, studying, touching, learning. Allowing the wonder to come alive.
Living, in all it‘s glory, pain, sorrow and joy…a beautiful thing.
