I found Dr. Joe Galati in my morning research, and he shares a wealth of good information.
Since diet is the biggest factor in this disease, I am sharing this here...it can't hurt anyone who just needs a new way of eating as well.
He does talk about plant based, and I do eat meat, but this is good stuff.

Chopard officially began development of what would become the Caliber 1.96 in link 1993. This makes the Triumph (by a small margin) the entry-level offering from Monta, and link I think it is a link good example of the brand's ability to offer some enthusiast interest inside the guise of link an otherwise very conventional watch.
