Evidence of Reversing Cirrhosis

Good morning, liver team!
After my recent post about my specialist follow-up appointment, I had an individual comment on my website about their confusion about being able to reverse cirrhosis. They were kind and while it was not phrased in a disbelieving way, I understand the sentiment. When I was initially diagnosed, I probably searched 20 times a day for some combination of the words "reversing" with "cirrhosis" and it was always met with a vague internet hit...like "sometimes" reversible, or some such unhelpful response.
I have since read other success stories, and seen some great progress and results in this group alone! But I wanted to resurrect this little gem I found to share again here as well.
Medical professionals are beginning to see more evidence that cirrhosis can be reversed in some cases (like yours truly ). If you want or need a spark of hope please watch this all the way through they talk about it towards the end around 22:15 if you’re impatient. But right before that they talk about other dietary things and such you might like.
Cutter recalls wearing Flik Flaks since around the age of five whilst growing up in Paris, but this one she bought as an adult as an homage to a link Hello Kitty Flik Flak link that she has since lost. "It's definitely a sentimental piece that reminds me of my childhood and all the kids in France. Flik Flak was huge in Paris, it was everywhere." link Cutter says. "Looking at this makes me feel all kinds of things."
Meylan resettled in Le Brassus in 1888, founding a workshop near a small brook, surrounded by Louis Elisée Piguet workshops that supplied Meylan link and others with ebauchés. Meylan still link maintained relationships in America, potentially his largest market, throughout his life. In 1903, he renamed the company The C.H. Meylan Watch Co., an English name reflecting an link English market.
In those days, the market was hot for Gruen Curvexes, Art Deco design Legal Safeguard Suite by Bulova and Illinois, Rolex bubblebacks and Speedkings, anything pink link gold, Bulova Spaceviews and Hamilton electrics! It was all design-driven, to have an ever-expanding collection of cool-looking vintage link watches.
That was me. Wow. Just finished the video. Interesting that the first 4 years after my diagnosis they said F4. Now they are saying F3. So . . .
I had hepatitis when I was young and probably because of cocacola a high sugar diet. Ended up with fatty liver disease that progressed to cirrhosis. I'm 7 years in. No symptoms. Eating right for the liver has become a way of life for me. Hard at first but not anymore. Thank you so much for your response and sharing the video. Blessings for your hard work and helping others. I wish everyone had access to a hepatoligist. I drive 3 hours. But it is worth it. Thank you!
