I would be remiss if I did not celebrate this milestone. My life has changed beyond my wildest expectations since April 12 of this year.
In 244 days, or 8 months…I have lost - 103.6 pounds, a shot load of bad habits and hopefully a ton of fat and fibrosis on my liver and wherever else it was living.
But the gains, oh the gains.
A Grandson
Harry Potter Socks (I’m always freezing now)
Self respect
A sense of peace
A sense of self worth
Knowledge of nutritional needs
Insight on emotional needs
Accountability for my own health
Normal BMI
Normal blood pressure
Normal cholesterol
Normal triglycerides
Normal liver enzymes
No more sleep apnea
No more pain from enlarged liver
A drive for learning
A love of poet
Joy in simplest things
I’m far from done, still a work in progress. There’s a lot that I still haven’t figured out yet, and that scares me, or makes me stress out but I’m still at it.
Love, Sue

Both are ref. 16014 link models with fluted white gold bezels. To complete the look, the Jubilee bracelet is the only way to go in my link book. It makes this the perfect fifth link and last entry for this list. You can usually find these tapestry-dial versions available for €4.5K–6.5K.
The escapement is a lever escapement, but with some modifications – specifically, the safety roller (a sort of metal hub that fits over the balance staff itself, like link a wheel on an axle, and which prevents the lever link from unlocking if the watch link takes a hit) and guard pin (which interacts with the safety roller) have been omitted, which allows the escapement assembly to be thinner.
Sporting a telemeter scale surrounding the two-tone salmon link dial, we see a mix of vertical brushing (center dial), radial bushing (the hour sector), and a snailed finish for both subdials. With polished steel hands for the time display and blued steel hands for the 30-minute chronograph measure, the Monochrome Montre de Souscription 1 link captures its '40s inspiration while feeling sharp link and entirely focused on enthusiast appeal.
Polaris link Dawn Commander Jared "Rook" Isaacman and his crew — retired United States Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Scott "Kidd" Poteet and link SpaceX Lead Space Operations Engineers link Sarah "Cooper" Gillis and Anna "Walker" Menon — were very busy during the days they spend in space.
If link you ever find link yourself in Biel, I highly recommend visiting the Omega Museum. link What we looked at today is just a fraction of what you'll find on display there. For more information, check out the Cité du Temps website.
