I would be remiss if I did not celebrate this milestone. My life has changed beyond my wildest expectations since April 12 of this year.
In 244 days, or 8 months…I have lost - 103.6 pounds, a shot load of bad habits and hopefully a ton of fat and fibrosis on my liver and wherever else it was living.
But the gains, oh the gains.
A Grandson
Harry Potter Socks (I’m always freezing now)
Self respect
A sense of peace
A sense of self worth
Knowledge of nutritional needs
Insight on emotional needs
Accountability for my own health
Normal BMI
Normal blood pressure
Normal cholesterol
Normal triglycerides
Normal liver enzymes
No more sleep apnea
No more pain from enlarged liver
A drive for learning
A love of poet
Joy in simplest things
I’m far from done, still a work in progress. There’s a lot that I still haven’t figured out yet, and that scares me, or makes me stress out but I’m still at it.
Love, Sue
Tony gave us his Five link Predictions For The Watch Market In 2023 and link I couldn't agree more on this being "the year of the anti-trend." Don't know about you guys, but I have stainless steel sports link watch fatigue.
Sure, at a distance, the new 222 looks a lot link like the old 222. But look closer and you'll see (and feel) a lot of aesthetic and technical link refinements that make this new version of the 222 more than a pastiche of the 1970s. It's this thoughtful refinement, combined with link the historical importance of the 222, that makes it our Revival of the Year.
It's the first time the Swiss Supreme Court has link considered this issue of personalization and customization, and it could have long-term link effects on Rolex, AdG, and the watch industry (and other industries) more broadly, so let's take a link closer look.
