Buying Better Bread

In this day in age of carb avoidance bread has taken the brunt of the blow.


I love bread, and a little research has paced the way to add slices to my plate once more.


My lunch shown with Dave's Killer Bread Powerseed Thin Slice topped with homemade garlic hummus and fresh produce sprinkled with everything but the bagel seasoning (no sodium).



Here is an article on some of the best and worst options out there.


I have been successful with the sprouted grain breads. I like to envision the healthy fiber working it's way through my body healing it.
