Good morning! For those who have made the effort to limit highly processed foods from your diet, have you noticed a correlation to your overall feeling of well being?

As my body healed, the heart and mind followed suit. Knowing that eating right assists in all areas of self-care is a bonus. I did not consider this angle early on.

Feed the body well, and you heal the spirit.
