I know you all already saw the pics, before and during a few days ago but now it’s official, I’ve lost that baby calf in weight!
Taking my specialist and Hippocrates wisdom and making it my mantra has proved fruitful.
So I will just leave you today with my internal celebration And a beautiful poem by Mary Oliver about living right now.
